2.Red chilli powder
3.Curry leaves
4.Salt to taste


1.Boil chamadumpalu,peel the skin and rest aside to cool down.
2.Now cut them into small round circles.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop the chamadumpa circles in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Fry till golden brown and crisp.Finally transfer into a bowl,sprinkle fried curry leaves,red chilli powder,salt and toss well.Serve hot.
