1.Coriander powder
2.Cumin powder
3.Red chilli powder
4.Coriander leaves
5.Garlic chopped
6.Salt to taste
7.Green chillies chopped
8.Curry leaves
9.Onion chopped
10.Cumin seeds
11.Chilli garlic paste
12.Red colour
13.Soya sauce
17.Oil for deep frying
18.Cooked rice
19.Corn flour


1.Take a blender jar add cook rice,salt,corn flour,maida,ajinamoto,red chilli powder,cumin seeds and some water,blend into a smooth paste.
2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl,add some water as required and prepare a smooth pakoda batter,add veggies and coat well.
3.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds when they sizzle add garlic,ginger,green chillies and saute for few seconds.
5.Add onions and saute for few minutes,add curry leaves,salt and toss well.
6.Add chilli garlic paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder,coriander leaves,red colour,soya sauce and mix well.
7.Finally add fried veggies and coat well the sauce evenly.Cook for few minutes and serve hot.
