2.Cashew nuts
3.Coriander leaves
4.Coriander powder
5.Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
6.Cumin seeds
7.Fresh cream
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies
13.Red chilli powder
14.Salt to taste
16.Tomato ketchup


1.Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and mix well.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add marinated chicken and saute for few minutes till chicken is evenly fried.Transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan,add cumin seeds,onions,ginger garlic paste and saute,add some water and bring it to boil.
4.Add coriander powder,cashews,red chilli powder,kasoori methi,green chilies,tomatoes.Cover and cook till tender and soft.
5.Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend into a smooth paste.Add this mixture to the pan and cook by adding some water,salt.
6.Add red colour,sugar,tomato ketchup and bring it to boil.Cook for few minutes and fried chicken and give it a mix.Serve hot.
