2.Cardamom powder
3.Coriander leaves
4.Corn flour
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Green chillies
9.Raw papaya paste
11.Pepper powder
12.Salt to taste


the chicken pieces into bite size pieces,dry them with paper towel and
marinate with pepper powder,raw papaya paste and mix well.Refrigerate
for 30 min.
2.Second step is to make marination by making paste of
mozzarella cheese or using mascapone cheese , add curd cream corn flour
,chilli and coriander paste,salt ,oil,cardamom powder  and mix well.
3.Marinate the chicken with this marination and put in the fridge for another 1hr.
on to skewer and put in the hottest possible setting on your oven,if
possibe on broil modr and cook for 10 min on each side till you see fine
color on the kabab.serve hot with sprinkled chat masala and lime juice.
