3.Cumin seeds
4.Curry leaves
5.Ginger garlic paste
7.Fenugreek seeds
8.Mustard seeds
9.Poppy seeds and coconut powder
10.Red chillies
13.Turmeric powder


1. Boil Arbi Cut Arbi into medium size peices after peeling them.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add red chillies,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds and onions, add little salt,hing,green chillies,curry leaves and saute.
3.Add little turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,add some tamarind juice,some water,coriander powder,chilli powder and coconut and poppy seeds paste.
4.Cover and cook for 10 minutes till it turns intio thick gravy consistency.Add chamadumpalu and mix well.Add some water and cook for another few minutes.Add salt,sugar and give it a fine mix.Serve hot.
