Chicken tikka


1.Chicken cubes
2.Coriander powder
3.Garam masala powder
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Kassori methi powder
7.Lemon juice
9.Salt to taste


1.Cut chicken in to small cubes, wash nicely and apply lemon juice,red chilli powder,cardamom powder,kasoori methi,garam masala powder,coriander powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,curd and mix well.
2.Mix well and then keep the chicken pieces in this marinade for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3.Put the chicken and other vegetables on to skewers and cook in moderately hot tandoor for about 6 to 8 minutes.
4.Keep basting the chicken pieces with some butter and cook until pieces are lightly colored.Remove and serve hot with chaat masala powder.
