1.Ragi flour
3.Moong dal
4.Coriander leaves
6.Rice flour
8.Oil for frying


1.Take a deep bowl add raagi flour,grated carrot,soaked moong dal,green chillies,coriander leaves,onions,rice flour,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Prepare a dough consistency,Divide the dough into small equal portions,place on a plastic cover and tap it evenly into a thin roti.
3.Heat a non stick tawa,drizzle some oil and place roti (appa) and cook evenly on both sides till done by covering a lid.Serve hot.
