Kung Pao Chicken


3.Mixed veggies
4.Chicken stock
5.Chilli sauce
6.Corn starch
8.Ginger garlic chopped
9.Peanuts roasted
10.Pepper powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Soya sauce
14.Spring onions


1.Take a bowl add Chicken stock, soya sauce, pepper powder, rice
venigar,ajinmato, chillies, chilli sauce mix well and keep a side.
2.Now take chicken, soya sauce, egg, salt mix all and add corn flour mix again in a separate bowl.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying the chicken till nice golden brown colour.
4.Take another pan,add red chillies,garlic,ginger chopped and saute for few seconds.
5.Then add all vegetables and then add the chicken stock mix well then add the fried chicken, peanuts,spring onions.Mix well and cook for few minutes.
6.Dissolve corn flour in water and add to the frying pan,mix well and cook till it attains thick saucy consistency.Serve hot.
