Vegetable Kung pao


2.Corn flour
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Mixed veggies
5.Peanuts roasted
7.Red chilli sauce
8.Red chillies
10.Sesame seeds oil
11.Soya sauce
12.Spring onions
14.Tofu (Soya paneer)
15.Vegetable stock


1.Dice the vegetables in a way that they all get cooked evenly.
2.In a bowl add stock,soy sauce,pepper,rice vinegar,ajinomoto,sugar,red chillies,chilli sauce,stir well.
3.In another pan heat some oil,add red chillies to it and saute till they are brown.
4.Add ginger garlic paste,mixed veggies and mix well.Saute for few minutes.
5.Add vegetable mixture to the frying pan,cook well till water starts drying.Now season it with some peanuts,spring onions and tofu to the sauce.
6.Add salt if required,dissolve corn flour in water to thicken the consistency.Serve hot.
