2.Chana dal
3.Coriander seeds
4.Curry leaves
5.Fennel seeds
6.Garlic cloves
9.Red chillies dry
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder
12.Urad dal
13.Cumin seeds


1.First slit the brinjals in center and put them in salt water.
2.Heat some oil in a pan and fry for 30 seconds,remove in a separate plate.
some oil in other pan,add dried red chillies,chana dal,urad dal,fennel
seeds,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,tamarind,garlic,curry
leaves,hing,salt,turmeric powder and fry till nice golden colour,once
done let the mixture to cool down.
4.Now take the brinjals fried, take the masala powder add little water and stuff into the brinjal keep a side.
5.Now in another pan add little oil spread the stuffed brinjal close it
with the lid and cook for 20min in a very slow flame, keep turning, if
required add salt, coriander and switch off the flame.Serve hot.
