2.Besan flour
6.Red chilli powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Coriander powder
9.Green chillies
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Coriander leaves
12.Tempering seeds
13.Cashew nuts


1.Take a bowl add brinjal slices,onions,salt,red chilli powder,besan flour and mix well evenly by adding little amount of water.
2.Heat oil for deep frying,drop brinjal pieces in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour..
3.Heat some oil in a non stick pan,add tempering seeds,green chillies,onions and saute for a minute till brown colour.
4.Add turmeric,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and mix well,add tomatoes,salt and mix.
5.Cook till tender,fried brinjal pakodi to frying pan,mix well.Add some water,coriander powder,coriander leaves and mix well.
6.Cover and cook for 10 minutes till done,transfer into a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts,coriander leaves.
