Dibba roti -Crispy Uttappam


1.Cumin seeds
2.Curry leaves
4.Green chillies
7.Urad dal


1.Soak Urad dal and rice for 6 hrs in water.
2.Remove from water put it in a blender in that add Ginger, Green chillies and salt make a thick paste.
3.Transfer batter into a bowl,add onions chopped,cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix it well.
4.Heat a pan drizzle some oil,pour batter and spread evenly.Cook evenly on both sides till brown colour and crisp.Serve hot.
