Raw Rasam - Pachi pulusu


1.Coriander leaves
2.Cumin seeds
3.Curry leaves
4.Green chillies
5.Mustard seeds
8.Red chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Sesame seeds powder (optional)
12.Tamarind juice


1.Soak tamarind in a bowl and remove the juice in a separate bowl.
2.Roast green chillies on the flame till it changes its colour.
3.Crush green chilles with your hand add onions and salt to it.
4.Add mashed green chills, onion and salt mixture to tamarind juice.
5.For tempering  take a pan add oil,mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red
chillies dried,curry leaves once  it is done add the mixture to Tamarind
6.Finally add coriander leaves and sugar if need.
