2.Besan flour
3.Corn flour
5.Red chilli powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Masala powder
9.Tomato sauce


1.Take a bowl add besan flour,corn flour,salt,red chilli powder,fried onions paste,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well all the ingredients without any lumps.
2.Now add brinjal slices to the besan flour mixture and coat well.Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.
3.Heat a pan,drizzle some oil,place brinjal slices on pan and cook on both sides by flipping.Cook till nice golden brown colour.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
