2.Turmeric powder
4.Coriander leaves
5.Coriander powder
6.Curry leaves
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Green chillies
10.Red chilli powder
12.Urad dal


1.Cut kakarakayalu into thin slices,add turmeric,salt and mix well,squeeze excess water from it(to avoid bitterness)
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add urad dal,green chillies,curry leaves,onion sliced,pinch of turmeric,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
3.Add kakarakayalu and saute for few minutes on slow flame,
4.Add coriander powder,red chilli powder and saute for a minute,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
5.Remove the lid and cook for another few minutes till pieces become crispy.
6.Add sugar,chopped coriander leaves and mix well.Serve hot.
