1.Fried chana dal
2.Cashew nuts
3.Cumin seeds
4.Curry leaves
5.Green chillies
7.Lemon juice
9.Rice flakes
10.Salt to taste
11.Sugar a pinch
12.Turmeric powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add peanuts,fried chana dal,cashew nuts and saute for a minute,now add  turmeric powder,green chillies,curry leaves,cumin seeds crushed,rice flakes and mix well.
2.Add salt and saute for few minutes on slow flame till crisp.
3.Switch off the flame,trnsfer into a plate,add pinch of sugar,some lemon juice,coriander leaves,onions and serve immediately.
