2.Coconut powder
3.Coriander leaves
4.Coriander powder
5.Dry garam masala
6.Garam masala powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder


1.Clean in hot water and cut all the meat and keep it a side.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add garam masalas,onion chopped,salt and mix well.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,meat and mix well if need add some water.
4.Now add coriander powder,coconut powder,red chilli powder and mix well,cook till meat is tender if required pressure cook the meat.
5.Once cooked sprinkle some garam masala powder,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
