2.Urad dal
3.Tamarind chutney
5.Salt to taste
6.Roasted cumin powder
7.Red chilli powder
9.Oil for deep frying
10.Mint chutney
11.Chat masala powder
12.Cahew nuts


1.Wash and soak urad dal over night ,drain water and blend into a smooth paste by adding salt,cumin seeds and whisk it well.
2.Take some dough mixture into your palms and place cashews,badam and fold it,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
3.Soak the bhallas in water and squeeze excess water between your palms.
4.Whisk the curd and add some sugar as to taste.
5.To serve place bhallas on a plate and cover it with curd.Drizzle mint chutney,tamarind chutney.Sprinkle some red chilli powder,sev,cumin powder.Garnish with coriander leaves,chat masala powder.
