Pakoda(Moong Dal)


1.Moong dal
2.Coriander leaves
3.Curry leaves
5.Green chillies
6.Oil for deep frying
7.Onion chopped
8.Salt to taste
9.Spring onions


1.Soak moong dal for 1 hr and blend it coarsely
2.In a bowl add blended moong dal, onion, spring onions,salt, green
chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger chopped mix well.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,slowly drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
