2.Coconut powder
3.Coriander leaves
4.Curry leaves
5.Fenugreek seeds
6.Garam masala powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Green chillies
9.Mustard seeds
11.Onion chopped
13.Red chilli powder
14.Salt to taste
15.Sesame seeds
16.Tamarind juice
17.Turmeric powder
18.Cumin seeds


1.Take tomatos cut open the top and remove the seeds from inside and keep it a side.
2.Take the seeds and add 2 chillies make a paste.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add garam masalas dry,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,hing,onions and saute till light brown colour.
4.Add salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,tomato green chilli paste and mix well.
5.Add red chilli powder,coconut powder,coriander powder,sesame seeds,peanut powder and mix well,cook till mixture release oil.
6.Add tamarind juice,some water and bring it to boil till gravy release oil.
7.Now place the tomatoes and fill it with gravy,sprinkle some coriander leaves,switch off the flame and cover and cook for 5-6 minutes till tomatoes are soft and tender.Serve hot with biryani and pulav.
