Paneer Egg Rolls


2.Corn flour
3.Spring onions
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add egg,maida,corn flour,salt and mix well with water,prepare a thin batter,keep aside.
2.Now another bowl add paneer, oats, salt, spring onions chopped, chilli powder mix well keep a side.
3.Now  take a non stick pan add little oil and wipe of with tissue papper
and pour the egg batter into a thin sheets and just remove immediately from the pan and put on a cornflour dusted surface so that it does dont stick to the surface repeat the same.
4.Now take one sheet stuff the paneer mixture and roll like spring rolls,repeat the same process,heat sufficient oil for deep frying till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
