3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Ginger garlic paste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Cashew nuts
9.Green chillies
10.Coriander leaves
11.Pudina leaves
12.Garam masala powder


1.Pressure cook kheema in little water by adding salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Cook for 2 whistles.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,green chillies,coriander,pudina leaves and mix well.
3.Now add cooked kheema and mix well,add ginger garlic paste and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
4.Add red chilli powder,salt,usirkaya paste and mix well.Add some water and mix well,cook for another few minutes till water evaporates.
5.Sprinkle some garam masala powder and give it a good mix,transfer into a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts,serve hot.
