Bonda Soup


1.Urad dal
2.Moong dal
3.Coconut powder
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Mustard seeds
10.Cumin seeds
14.Pepper powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds and saute.
2.Add onions and saute for a minute,add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
3.Add tomatoes,green chillies,salt,turmeric powder and mix well,cover and cook till tender on medium flame.
4.Add soaked and blended moong dal paste and mix well,add required amount of water.
5.Add salt,pepper powder,ajinomoto,coriander leaves,curry leaves and mix well,bring it to boil for few minutes.
6.Soak and blend urad dal batter,add green chillies,coconut chopped,onions,curry leaves,coriander leaves,salt and mix well.
7.Heat oil for deep frying,drop the mixture in hot oil like bondas and deep fry till nice golden colour.Once done transfer into moong dal mixture,soak for about 5 minutes and serve.
