2.Fenugreek leaves
4.Turmeric powder
5.Red chillies
6.Green chillies
7.Garlic cloves
8.Salt to taste
10.Tempering seeds


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies and saute for a minute.
2.Add green chillies,garlic cloves and saute for few seconds,transfer into a plate.
3.In the same pan add some more oil and heat it,add fenugreek leaves and saute for few minutes.
4.In the same pan add carrot,turmeric powder and saute for another few minutes.
5.Transfer tempering mixture into a blender jar,add some salt and blend well.
6.Now add tamarind,carrot,fenugreek leaves fried and blend once again,if need add some water and serve.
