1.Rice flour
3.Green chillies
4.Salt to taste
5.Turmeric powder
6.Tempering seeds
7.Green chillies
8.Curry leaves
9.Lemon juice


1.Heat 2 tbsp oil,add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
2.Add rice flour,cover and cook for 10 min,remove the lid and steam cook for 15 minutes in idli cooker.
3.Remove the dough and stuff in a sev presser,press into a separate plate and dry under sunlight for 10 min.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Add dried sev to the frying pan,squeeze some lemon juice and saute for a minute,sprinkle some salt and serve hot.
