Egg Veg Rolls


4.Corn flour
6.Coriander leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Tomato sauce
12.Soya sauce


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add ginger chopped,carrot,beans,cabbage and saute for few minutes.
2.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
3.Take a bowl add maida,some water and mix well with water without any lumps.
4.Add salt,red chilli powder to the pan and mix well.Add soya sauce,tomato ketchup and mix well.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and switch of the flame.
5.Heat a tawa by drizzling some oil,pour the batter and spread it evenly.cook on both sides evenly and keep aside.
6.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now stuff the fried mixture in prepared maida sheets and stick the edges with egg white.
7.Repeat the same process with other sheets,dissolve corn flour,salt in egg white and mix well.
8.Dip the rolls in egg batter and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
