1.Cooked rice
2.Wheat flour
3.Coriander leaves
4.Garam masala powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder


1.Heat some ghee in pan,add some garam masala powder,red chilli powder,coriander leaves and fry for a minute.
2.Now add cooked rice,salt and mix well.
3.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour by adding some salt,keep aside.
4.Prepare dough balls and stuff the rice,wrap around the edges and roll it into a thin paratha,repeat the same process for other dough balls.
5.Heat a tawa and place the paratha,cook evenly on both sides by drizzling some oil.Serve hot.
