2.Coconut powder
3.Tempering seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Green chillies
6.Coriander leaves
7.Turmeric powder
8.Salt to taste
10.Curry leaves


1.Take Vakhaaya pieces,add green chillies,cumin seeds,coriander leaves and grind into a coarse paste by adding some salt.
2.Add coconut powder and mix well,meanwhile heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,red chillies,hing and saute for few seconds,pour on top of chutney and mix well evenly.Serve with rice.
