Garlic Mixed Dal


1.Toor Dal
2.Chana dal
3.Moong dal
4.Mustard seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Coriander powder
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
12.Red chilli powder


1.Pressure cook lentils for 3 whistles by adding water,turmeric powder.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds,red chillies and saute for few seconds.
3.Add garlic paste and mix well,fry for few seconds till raw smell goes off.
4.Add turmeric,coriander powder,curry leaves,red chilli powder and mix well.
5.Now add pressure cooked dal,some water as required to frying pan,add salt and mix well.
6.Once done transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
