Kesari Dry Fruits Bondaalu


1.Besan flour
2.Bombay ravva
4.Cashew nuts
8.Salt to taste
9.Baking soda


1.Dry roast bombay ravva for few minutes till light brown colour.
2.Add sugar 1 cup to bombay ravva and mix well.Transfer into a bowl.
3.Boil 1 1/2 cup water in a pan for few minutes,meanwhile fry fruits in ghee.
4.Add bombay ravva to the boiling water and mix well without any lumps.
5.Add some ghee,cardamom powder and mix well.
6.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,meanwhile prepare besan batter by adding some and water.
7.Prepare round balls and stuff fried dry fruits in ball,dip this balls in besan batter and drop them in hot oil,deep fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
