1.Spring onions
2.Rice flour
3.Besan flour
4.Coriander leaves
5.Green chillies
6.Salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Cumin seeds
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add chopped spring onions,besan flour,rice flour,salt,green chilli paste,turmeric,cumin seeds,ginger chopped,coriander leaves and mix well.
2.Prepare mirchi bajji batter,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Now prepare small round vadas with the mixture and drop them in hot oil,deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
