1.Chana dal
2.Rice flour
3.Sesame seeds
4.Ginger paste
5.Green chillies
6.Coriander leaves
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add soaked and boiled chana dal,rice flour,green chilli paste,ginger paste,salt,sesame seeds,carrot grated,coriander leaves,curry leaves and mix well with water.
2.Prepare a stiff dough mixture,prepare round kudumulu with mixture and place them in idli cooker,steam cook for 5 minutes till done,serve hot.
