1.Moong dal
3.Cumin seeds
4.Coriander seeds
5.Coriander leaves
6.Curry leaves
8.Cashew nuts
9.Green chillies
11.Salt to taste


1.Blend soaked moong dal,green chillies,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt and blend well into a fine paste.
2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl add onions,ginger chopped,curry leaves,coriander leaves,cashew nuts and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry till nice golden colour,crisp.Fry on slow flame and fry evenly.Serve hot.
