1.Velaga Kaya
2.Dried red chillies
3.Garlic cloves
7.Tempering seeds
8.Curry leaves
11.Urad dal


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies,curry leaves,urad dal and fry for few minutes.
2.Break velagakaya fruit and remove the pulp,now fry in a pan by adding some oil,fry for few minutes by adding turmeric.Fry till raw flavor goes off.
3.Transfer tempering mixture into a blender and blend once,now add velagakaya fried,tamarind juice,sugar,garlic and blend into a fine by paste by adding some water.
4.Transfer into a bowl,add salt,curd and mix well.Heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies,tempering seeds,curry leaves and saute for few seconds,pour on top of chutney and serve.
