Ingredients:

1.Bombay ravva
2.Milk
3.Sugar
4.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil some water in a pan,add sugar 2 cups and prepare sugar syrup.
2.Meanwhile boil 3 cups milk,once done add bombay ravva to the boiling milk and mix well without any lumps.
3.Cook for few minutes,switch off the flame and transfer into a plate,rest aside the mixture to cool down.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying and on other side prepare round balls with ravva mixture.
5.Drop the balls in hot oil and deep for 3-4 min,fry on medium flame.Transfer the balls into sugar syrup and soak for few minutes,serve hot.
