Mamidikaya Kheema Fry


1.Raw Mangoes
2.Mutton Keema
6.Coriander leaves
7.Cumin seeds
8.Mutton masala powder
9.Whole garam masala
10.Coriander leaves
12.Green chillies
13.Curry leaves
14.Ginger garlic paste


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,onions,curry leaves and saute.
2.Add turmeric,ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
3.Add grated raw mango and mix well,add cumin,coriander powder and fry till brown colour
4.Add boiled mutton keema and mix well.Keep stirring the mixture on medium flame.
5.Add green chilli,coriander,pudina paste and mix well,fry for another few minutes.Add salt as required and mix it well.
6.Add mutton masala powder,mix well.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
