2.Fenugreek leaves
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Curry leaves
6.Tempering seeds
7.Turmeric powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Green chillies
11.Dry coconut powder
12.Coriander leaves


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds and saute for few seconds.
2.Add turmeric,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,fenugreek leaves and fry for a minute.
3.Now add dry coconut powder,sorakaya grated and mix well.Fry for few minutes till moisture oozes out.
4.Add milk and cook for few minutes,add green chilli paste,salt and mix well.Cook for a minute.
5.Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves and give it a mix,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
