1.Curry leaves
2.Cashew nuts
4.Coconut grated
6.Cardamom powder


1.Dry roast coconut powder for few minutes till raw smell goes off,transfer into a separate bowl.
2.In the same pan add peanuts dry roast peanuts,peel the skin and blend into a smooth powder.
3.Melt some ghee in a pan,add curry leaves and fry till crisp,blend into a smooth powder.
4.In the same pan add some ghee and fry cashew nuts and keep aside.
5.Prepare sugar syrup in a pan,to that add peanuts powder,curry leaves powder and mix well without any lumps.Now add coconut grated and mix well.
6.Finally add sweet kova,ghee 2tbsp and mix well till kova melts,cook for few minutes till done,sprinkle some cardamom powder,fried cashew nuts and mix well,serve hot.
