2.Chana al
4.Green chillies
5.Tempering seeds
6.Curry leaves
7.Turmeric powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Sesame seeds
11.Garlic cloves


1.Dry roast sesame seeds for few minutes till they start spluttering,transfer into a bowl.
2.In the same pan,heat some oil add garlic cloves,tempering seeds,dried red chillies,turmeric,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
3.Add onions,green chillies and fry for a minute till brown colour,now add gongura mixture and mix well.
4.Add boiled chana dal and give it a good mix,fry for few minutes,add salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Cook for another few minutes.
5.Finally sprinkle dry roasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
