Paneer Karivaypaku Curry


1.Curry leaves
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Garam masala powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Coriander leaves
9.Cashew nuts
11.Coriander powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onion paste and saute till raw smell goes off.
2.Add curry leaves finely chopped and fry for few minutes,add tomato puree and mix well.
3.Add garam masala powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
4.Add cashew nut paste and cook well till raw smell goes off.Add coriander leaves and give it a mix.
5.Add 1 glass of water and bring it to boil till done,finally add paneer grated and give it a mix.Serve hot.
