2.Green chillies
3.Cumin seeds
4.Curry leaves
5.Tempering seeds
6.Dried red chillies
8.Urad dal
9.Fenugreek seeds
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add green chillies,fenugreek seeds,urad dal and fry for few minutes,add tamarind and saute,transfer into a bowl.
2.In the same pan,add usirikayalu pieces and saute for 2 min.
3.Now pound fried green chillies mixture,add turmeric,salt,cumin seeds and pound well.
4.Next add usisrikayalu pieces and pound well with all ingredients.Once done transfer into a bowl.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies,curry leaves,hing and saute for few seconds.Transfer into chutney mixture and mix it well.Serve with hot rice.
