Gul Mohar Sweet


1.Wheat flour
2.Besan flour
5.Cashew nuts


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add cashew nuts and saute till nice golden colour.
2.In the same pan add some more ghee and fry wheat flour and fry for another few minutes till raw smell goes off.
3.Add besan flour,ghee and mix well,fry for another few minutes.
4.Add roasted peanut powder,jaggery and mix well evenly.Cook for few minutes till jaggery melts.
5.Grease a plate with some ghee,transfer the mixture onto the plate.Prepare a thick layer,cut into small square shapes.Garnish with cashew nuts,badam and serve.
