2.Tempering seeds
4.Green chillies
5.Red chillies
6.Garlic cloves
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Cumin powder
11.Coriander leaves
12.Dry coconut powder
13.Cashew nuts
14.Curry leaves


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies,curry leaves,green chillies and saute for a minute.
2.Add onions and fry till light brown colour,add turmeric,grated sorakaya (squeeze excess water) and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt,saute for another few minutes.Sprinkle some cumin powder,garlic paste and fry till nice aroma.
4.Add red chilli powder,dry coconut powder and mix well,add fried cashew nuts,coriander leaves and cook for a minute.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
