1.Gongura leaves
2.Tempering seeds
3.Turmeric powder
4.Red chilli powder
5.Fenugreek powder
6.Dried red chillies
7.Curry leaves
9.Garlic cloves
11.Salt to taste


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add gongura leaves and mix well,cover and cook till leaves are tender.
2.Add tamarind juice,fenugreek powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,salt and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Cover and cook for another few minutes,add roughlu crushed garlic cloves and mix well.Cook for a minute.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves.Once done transfer into chutney and mix well.Serve with hot rice.
