Sprouts Masala Vadalu


1.Chana dal (Senagalu)
2.Green moong dal
3.Corn flour
6.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies
8.Cumin seeds
9.Salt to taste
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Blend soaked chana dal,moong dal,alasandalu,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,green chillies into a coarse paste.
3.Transfer the mixture into a bowl,add onions,corn flour,cumin seeds,salt and mix well.
4.Prepare small vadas on your palm by greasing with some water,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,serve hot.
