1.Badam soaked and peeled
4.Corn flour
7.Cardamom powder
9.Food colour


1.Blend soaked badam into a fine paste by adding some milk.
2.Heat some ghee in a pan,add chironji and fry for few seconds,keep aside.
3.Add badam paste to the frying pan and mix well,fry for few minutes.
4.Add kova and mix well,fry for another few minutes,keep stirring.
5.Add sugar and mix well till sugar melt evenly,add some cardamom powder,food colour and give it a stir.
6.Dissolve corn flour in milk and add to the frying pan,cook for few minutes.
7.Switch off the flame and rest aside for few minutes,prepare small oval shapes with mixture and garnish with fried chironji,serve
