2.Dried red chillies
1.Dry roast dried red chillies,peanuts.chana dal,urad dal,cumin seeds for few minutes till nice fragrant.
2.Now blend the roasted ingredients into a coarse powder and keep aside.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add green chillies and grated beetroot and saute on low flame.
4.Add mint,coriander leaves chopped and mix well.Cook for around 3-4 minutes.
5.Add salt and mix well,add garlic cloves,beetroot mixture to the roasted,blended mixture by adding half a lemon and blend once again.Serve with chapathis or dosa.
