1.Lady Finger (Okra)
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds, okra and some salt,saute for 3-4 minutes.
2.Add turmeric powder,asofoetida,coriander powder and saute for a minute.Add water a required,tamarind juice and mix well.
3.Cover and boil for 4 minutes,add jaggery, boiled toor dal mixture to the boiling pan.
4.Cover and boil for another few minutes till okra gets tender.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard,fenugreek seeds,curry leaves and green chillies.Saute till green chillies extracts flavour.
6.Pour tempering mixture into boiling pan and mix it well.Serve hot with rice.
