Ghee Roasted Mango Upma
1.Raw Mango grated
5.Dried red chillies
1.Melt some ghee in a pan,add mustard,dried red chillies,peanuts,chana dal,urad dal,cumin seeds and saute till nice golden colour,peanuts starts breaking their own.
2.Add chopped ginger,green chillies,curry leaves,asafoetida,turmeric powder,onions sliced and saute for 1-2 minutes.
3.Add finely grated raw mango and cook for another few minutes.Add semolina to the frying pan and mix well till all moisture gets evaporated.
4.Finally add hot water to the pan,gently mix well without forming any lumps.Reduce the heat and cook for a minute,switch off the flame,sprinkle some spring onion greens,coriander leaves and cover it with a lid for 2-3 minutes and then serve hot.
