Cucumber & Capsicum Fry
5.Sesame seeds powder
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions and salt,saute well.
2.Add cucumber pieces and mix well,cover and cook for 3 minutes.Add turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin seed powder and mix well evenly.
3.Add coconut powder,chopped tomatoes,capsicum and mix it well.Add peanut,sesame powder and cover it with a lid.Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
4.Give it a stir in between and mix well evenly.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
